Is it possible to specify To/CC e-mail addresses for e-mail notifications?
For E-mail notifications of Kintone, you cannot specify "To" or "CC" e-mail addresses.
Recipients of e-mail notifications are specified as "Bcc."
Depending on the mail server you use, e-mails whose "To" field is empty may be filtered out, and as a result, you may not receive the e-mails.
In such a case, consider taking one of the following actions:

Change the setting of the mail server in such a way as to receive e-mail notifications from Kintone.
Ask your provider for information on the mail server settings.

Check notifications on the Portal screen of Kintone instead of using e-mail notifications.

Use the Push Notifications feature of the mobile app to check "To Me" notifications.
Push notifications are only available for "To Me" notifications. To check other notifications, you need to log in to the mobile app.
