The actions a user can perform on Kintone Portal differ depending on the permissions granted to the user.

Main actions that can be performed on Portal

People (Viewing other users)		If Department Access Control is enabled, a user can view only the users who are in the same top-level department. Limit access across departments
Search		Searchable apps: Apps, records, and fields which the user performing the search can access Searchable spaces: Private spaces the user performing the search has joined and public spaces Searchable users: Users in the same top-level department as the user performing the search (if Department Access Control is enabled) Limit access across departments
